Responsibilities:
Support customers via phone, email, or onsite to diagnose technical/system problems, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve systems related issues.
Requirements:
SPM or above. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to speak and understand English. Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantages
