Bestway Cement Limited is inviting applications from fresh and recent graduates for its Trainee Program 2026, offering structured career paths across three tracks:

1. Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

• Departments: Finance, HR, IT, Sales, Procurement, Internal Audit, Administration, Plant Control, Dispatch & Store
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, or related discipline)
• Fresh graduates or up to 1–2 years of experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to relocate to plant/site locations as required

2. Trainee Engineer
