Trainee Process Operative

About The Role

We are seeking a reliable, methodical individual with excellent communication skills to join our production team as a Trainee Process Operative. This role offers a clear and structured career path, including training opportunities to progress within the dairy industry. It would ideally suit a candidate who is already experienced in production or machine operation, with a background in food production.

Note: This role is physical and requires manual handling.

Days worked: Monday - Sunday

Hours: 37.5 hours, five shifts per week

Start Times: Vary based on role - from 0500

Your Development Journey:

Process Operative Training (6-7 months)

• Start as a trainee on the external tanker bay, ensuring the safe, hygienic intake of raw milk.
