Overall purpose of the job:


To ensure effective planning of works for operatives acting on information received from Ontrack or other computerised in-house systems.


Demonstrate flexibility and versatility to support the completion of other roles within the contract when required


Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure operatives receive daily work in good time in order for them to be able to carry out their work effectively.

  • Plan each day’s work to be achievable within legal constraints and in accordance with the Working Time Directive, ensuring both compliance and operatives’ well-being.

  • To ensure planned work is structured to minimize the allocation of fines and penalties for non-completed or overrun works.

  • To be able to prioritise planned works to accommodate emergency situations/maintenance.
