Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial documentation.Support the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.Help process vendor invoices and employee reimbursement claims.Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.Maintain and organize financial records and files.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.Prepare basic financial reports using Microsoft Excel.Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for finance-related matters.Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information.Carry out other finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.Qualifications
