Trainee Adjusters

Job Summary

Trainee Adjuster – Home based in the London region. The role involves handling a broad portfolio of commercial claims from investigation to settlement, ensuring company standards are met in relation to all technical and operational policies and procedures, including data protection and information security. Travel will be required due to the geographic coverage of the role.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, negotiate and agree settlement of claims in a professional manner.
• Complete on site investigations and damage surveys.
• Produce reports in compliance with professional standards and internal guidelines within agreed timescales.
• Actively contribute towards the business development programme.
• Network, identify and facilitate opportunities for business growth.
• Undertake projects and other ad hoc work as required.
