We in the Hospital @ Night team are looking to recruit a trainee Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or an Advanced Paramedic Practitioner (APP) Band 6, to join us at the Borders General working 34.5 hours per week, day/night rotation.

We are looking for nurses or paramedics with extensive experience in an acute/on the road setting (Previous applicants need not apply) For Nurses this experience may look like ED, ITU, HDU, Trauma, Surgical or Medical.

We will support you to gain an advanced practice Qualification via either QMU or Napier University. You should be a registered Nurse or Paramedic who has an interest in Advanced Practice and professional development.

Where appropriate this will be offered at Band 6 (annex 21) to secure the increments when completion of years 1 and 2 of qualification on to Band 7 ANP upon qualifying. ...
