Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
- Grade 12
- Certificate in Call Centre management / or Traffic Engineering (will be advantageous)
- Communication Clerk and Route Services training and at least 2 years call center experience or CCTV surveillance experience. Knowledge of Road Incident Management Systems (RIMS) will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English, and one other language.
- Computer literacy
- Telephone skills
- Interpersonal relationship skills
- Accuracy
- Problem solving skills
- Reporting skills
- The physical demands are those required to work on shift rotating basis in an office environment.
- The work environment characteristics are those encountered in a typical office environment.
