Traffic Management Operative

Salary: GBP12.5 - GBP16.5 per hour + DOE.

Overview

We are hiring Traffic Management Operatives in Aberdeen to install, maintain, and remove site-based traffic management activities. Reporting to the Operation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Competently install, maintain, and remove complex traffic management schemes on rural and urban roads.
• Attend regular site meetings with clients, local authorities, and interested third parties.
• Survey and design traffic management schemes to support the production of TM plans, considering associated risks and traffic counts.

Health & Safety Compliance

Monitor site practices and routines to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including the company H&S policy. Identify training needs and, with the HSEQ department, arrange necessary courses. Failure to maintain a safe environment may result in disciplinary proceedings.
