Vacancy Description
We are seeking a Trading System Infrastructure Engineer (L2 Support) to maintain, monitor, and support our trading platform environment, with a primary focus on MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and Trade Evolution. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise across Linux and Windows server environments and the ability to resolve complex platform, connectivity, and performance issues in a high‑availability, real‑time trading setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for trading system infrastructure, including MT5 and Trade Evolution platforms.
- Monitor trading servers, services, and connectivity to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, network, and application‑level incidents escalated from L1 support.
- Perform root‑cause analysis on recurring issues and implement preventative measures.
- Administer and maintain Linux and Windows server environments supporting trading operations.
