Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent (Part‑time hours may be considered)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Hybrid – Matlock, Derbyshire, East Midlands
Salary: Grade 9 (part‑qualified): £32,347 to £34,317 per annum
Grade 11 (fully qualified): £39,865 to £43,270 per annum

Job Overview
Support a busy team working across food standards, feed hygiene, weights and measures, animal health and consumer protection. Protect residents, support businesses and tackle unfair, unsafe and illegal trading practices through advice, education and enforcement.

- Attend inspections, audits and sampling to ensure compliance with Trading Standards legislation.
