Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Chargeman in carrying out routine maintenance and servicing of air-conditioning systems.
Support the execution of scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance for air-conditioning equipment.
Respond to departmental requests related to maintenance of assets and facility requirements.
Attend to and rectify faults or complaints involving building assets and facilities in a timely manner.
Assist in the setup, preparation, and basic maintenance of meeting rooms and related equipment.
Perform general maintenance duties and any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: SPM or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a related maintenance or technical field.
Skills and Competencies:

Basic computer literacy and effective business communication skills.
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing and electrical systems.
