The Trades Readiness Program is based at Musselwhite Mine in Northern Ontario, Canada.

Purpose

Administered by our Musselwhite Academy, the Trades Readiness Program is designed to provide participants with a structured introduction to skilled trades at Musselwhite Mine. Through hands‑on learning, job shadowing, and exposure to multiple trade disciplines, the program supports individuals in developing foundational skills, understanding workplace expectations, and making informed career decisions. The program aims to prepare participants for potential pathways into trade‑related employment, apprenticeship opportunities, or further technical training, while fostering a strong safety culture and supporting long‑term workforce development at Musselwhite.
