Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities)
**Main purpose of job**:
Support the UK’s mission to promote free trade and open markets for businesses by driving delivery of priority trade policy workstreams and leading strategy and engagement for the UK’s highest-priority market access barriers in Brazil. Provide analysis and reporting on developments in Brazil’s trade policy approach and its implications for the UK; and build and maintain strong external relationships to help you and the Network to achieve the UK’s trade policy objectives. Collaborate with economic policy and commercial sector team leads to help deliver a coherent approach to the Network’s trade and economic agenda.
**The UK’s Brazil Network and Trade & Economics Team**
The UK’s Brazil Network includes the Embassy in Brasilia and consulates in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte and Recife and covers political, economic, climate, trade and commercial work. Teams across the Network work together to str...
