Vacancy Description
Trade Operations Staff is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned tasked.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all Trade related products such as Import/Export Letters of Credit, Import/Export Bills, Import/Export-related financing, Documentary collection services, Supplier Financing and Guarantee.
+ Pre-processing (check docs & prepare instruction) and scan mentioned trade transactions instruction and required documents to Regional Processing Center (RPC) for processing.
+ Receive/deliver documents (Guarantee, import bill, export bill, L/C’s, loan application) from /to customers via counter or fax machine.
+ Providing technical supports to all clients (advise LC terms and conditions, help out LC application ...
