International Trade Documentation & Back Office Support Specialist
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible International Trade Documentation & Back Office Support Specialist to support its cotton import/export business and daily office administration in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities- Handle cotton import/export order follow-up, including contract preparation, review, filing, shipment tracking, logistics updates and payment follow-up.
- Prepare and review trade and shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin and other customs-related documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders on booking, shipment arrangement, B/L checking and cargo tracking.
- Assist with Letter of Credit (L/C) document review, amendment suggestions, discrepancy handling and bank submission support.
