Trade Marketing Manager

Role purpose :

• Responsible for developing Direct Sales channel growth strategies and driving execution to achieve channel goal of all Syngenta products. (Dealers/Retailers/Farmers)
• Responsible for Co-developing channel activities with Distributors team and define growth strategies and driving execution to achieve Syngenta products at distributor. (Retailers/Farmers)
• Contribute initiatives and supports to Market Development team to drive sell-out/ Consumption/ POG
• Manage Rebate budget and propose strategic actions to optimize trade spending and delivery business goals.

Main Responsibilities :

• Define Direct Sales Channel picture of success i.e. distribution, in-store merchandising, assortment, etc. to be in line with the brand strategies and communication message.
