Touch Up Rework Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing supporting medical devices and defense applications, is seeking a dedicated Touch Up Rework Operator to join their team. As a Touch Up Rework Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production team. **What's the Job?**

+ Perform hand soldering and touch-up rework for SMT and through-hole components, including jumper wires, following IPC-A-610 standards.
+ Execute rework based on Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Process Deviations, and MPI instructions using appropriate solder and flux types (Leaded/Lead-Free, clean or no-clean processes).
