Total Rewards Strategist: Compensation & Analytics

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to design, implement, and administer compensation programs that ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and regulatory alignment. The role collaborates with HR Business Partners, payroll, finance and business stakeholders on compensation matters in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

You will lead market pricing, job evaluations, salary structures, and data governance in HRIS (Workday), support audits, and drive process improvements.
