As the Total Rewards Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering regional compensation and benefits strategies aligned with global priorities. You will lead high-impact programmes, oversee compensation systems, and leverage advanced analytics to provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

This role combines strategy, analytics, and systems leadership , requiring a blend of HR expertise and data-driven decision-making to enhance organisational competitiveness and employee value proposition.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA / Postgraduate degree in HR, Business, or Analytics preferred
  • Experience

  • 7–12 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR Analytics
  • Strong experience in compensation planning, programme design, or global reward frameworks
  • Technical Skills

  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Oracle HCM or similar)
