Our client, a top 10 global sovereign wealth fund is seeking an experienced Human Capital professional to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of its Total Rewards and Organisational Effectiveness initiatives
In this role, you will implement and enhance compensation and benefits programs, provide analysis and insights to support strategic decisions, and contribute to shaping organisational design to meet evolving business needs
