This full-time role reports to the Controller and focuses on reviewing customer accounts and agreeing on payment alternatives for delinquent balances. Key Responsibilities:
• Contact delinquent customers to arrange payment plans
• Summarize account statuses and actions weekly
• Resolve disputes with sales agents regarding charges
• Document collection interactions accurately
• Provide timely updates in customer meetings
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; college diploma a plus
• At least 4 years of collections experience
