Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Lead to support an research and development program focused on advanced Electronic Warfare (EW), cyber, Software Defined Radio (SDR), and FPGA-based technologies. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between government stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring customer priorities and technical requirements are effectively translated into actionable development efforts.

The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong communication and organizational skills. This role will be responsible for coordinating work across multiple engineering disciplines, managing project execution through Jira and Confluence, tracking schedules and deliverables, and communicating progress, risks, and timelines to both leadership and mission partners.
