The Creator Operations team drives the growth and monetization of TikTok Shop’s creator ecosystem in Malaysia. Within the team, the Top Creator function builds long‑term partnerships with leading creators and translates platform priorities into creator‑specific growth plans, campaigns, content initiatives, and commercial opportunities.
