Job Summary You will maintain, repair, clean, and troubleshoot molds, tools, and related equipment to ensure smooth production, minimize downtime, and support quality and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Maintain and repair molds, tools, and related equipment to ensure operational efficiency Perform cleaning and preventive maintenance on tooling to reduce breakdowns Support tooling modifications and improvements to enhance production processes Troubleshoot tooling issues and assist in root cause analysis to resolve problems promptly Ensure tools are in good working condition to meet production schedules and quality standards Maintain proper housekeeping and safety practices in the toolroom to provide a safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned by the Toolroom Manager or Supervisor Required competencies and certifications Technical qualification in Tool & Die making Preferred competencies and qualifications Good know...
