T&L: Merger & Acquisition Tax Senior Manager

Title: T&L: M&A Tax Manager/Senior Manager

The successful candidate will work in a business tax team providing M&A Tax services to an interesting mix of corporate clients spread across industries. Responsibilities will include advising on local and international corporate tax issues, including cross-border restructuring, tax treaties, withholding tax, permanent establishment, mergers and acquisitions tax matters (e.g. tax due diligence, acquisition tax structuring, post‑acquisition restructuring etc.) and drafting tax advisory memos or reports.
