T&L: Associate - Merger and Acquisition Tax (2026 Graduate)

The successful candidate will work in a Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) team providing M&A tax advisory services to an interesting mix of corporate clients spread across industries. Responsibilities will include advising on local and international corporate tax issues, including cross-border restructuring, tax treaties, withholding tax, permanent establishment, mergers and acquisitions tax matters (e.g., tax due diligence, acquisition tax structuring, post‑merger integration, etc.) and drafting tax advisory memos or reports.

• 0 to at least 1 year of corporate tax experience, preferably with an international accounting/law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or other business‑related field, with a Professional Qualification recognized by ISCA; an SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage.
