Main Purpose of Job

To lead and monitor the delivery of effective and efficient pharmacy services in line with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Provide strong leadership to the pharmacy team
• Ensure effective and efficient dispensing of medication in line with regulatory requirements and standards
• Ensure effective inventory management practices are implemented, monitored and managed, and stock is managed accordingly
• Ensure compliance with related requirements set by the authorities and company to ensure quality and risk mitigation standards are adhered to
• Manage and monitor Pharmacy budget and finances

Required Education

A B. Pharm degree from an accredited institution and licensed as a Pharmacist with the relevant UAE healthcare authority.
