Time Controller

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate timekeeping and reporting for workshop operations.
• Monitor technician activities.
• Manage job cards.
• Ensure adherence to scheduled timelines.
• Proactively identify and resolve time‑related discrepancies or bottlenecks that may impact workshop efficiency.
• Apply strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain precise records and contribute to the overall productivity of the service department.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma qualification.
• 3-4 years of experience in workshop floor handling in a similar role.
• Experience in an authorized dealership is mandatory.
• Knowledge of workshop KPIs and performance monitoring.
• Strong automotive technical knowledge.
