Responsibilities
- Assign work to workers based on site construction progress
- Ensure that all installation work is in accordance with approved construction drawings
- Closely monitor site progress and update the supervisor from time to time
- Workers must be advised to follow all safety rules and regulations until they are working on site
- Knowledge and skills in laying waterproofing membranes in wet areas
- Ability to cut and shape tiles correctly using power and hand tools
- Minimum of secondary school or higher
- At least 5-10 years of tiling experience in construction projects
- Singapore Driving Licence is preferred
- Able to work long hours
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with site workers
