**Job Description**
This role focuses on precision TIG welding of stainless steel components, primarily in the 18-gauge to 14-gauge range, to produce high-quality carts, racks, and trays for commercial use. You will work from blueprints, use a thumb switch TIG setup with a silicon bronze filler rod, and perform fabrication tasks in an industrial environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform TIG welding on stainless steel materials ranging from 18-gauge to 14-gauge with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
+ Use a thumb switch TIG welding setup rather than a foot pedal to complete all welds.
+ Apply silicon bronze filler rod correctly and consistently to meet quality and strength requirements.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to understand dimensions, tolerances, and weld specifications for each project.
