Job Description
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, desktops, laptops, printers, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations.
Deliver technical support and coaching to junior IT staff, as needed.
Act as a subject matter expert on infrastructure systems, supporting divisional and corporate IT projects as needed to completion.
Administer and support key systems such as Active Directory, SCCM, Group Policy, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), SQL databases, and virtual desktop infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies, government regulations, and data privacy standards.
Collaborate closely with division IT manager, Infrastructure lead, and end-users to communicate status updates, resolve issues, and implement improvements.
