Ticketing Officer

Job Summary

The MICE Ticketing Officer is responsible for managing domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing requirements for corporate groups, Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) events. The role involves handling group and individual travel bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and coordinating with airlines and internal teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements for delegates and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings for MICE groups and corporate clients through GDS platforms.
• Issue, reissue, cancel, and process refunds for airline tickets in accordance with airline policies and fare rules.
• Coordinate group flight reservations, seat allocations, and travel itineraries for conferences, exhibitions, incentive tours, and corporate events.
