Physical Therapist (PT)

This position is for a Physical Therapist specializing in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The shift schedule consists of eight-hour days. The facility has a patient ratio of 1:15-25. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment. Travelers are expected to have their own transportation. The facility requires primary series COVID vaccination along with one booster. There is no requirement for weekend coverage. No on-call shifts are required for this position. First-time travelers are not accepted. The facility allows local candidates within a certain radius. Required certifications include a current Basic Life Support certification. All travelers should be prepared to float between similar units as needed. The facility provides free parking for its employees.
