Therapeutic Case Worker – Identified role 

- Homelessness Youth Assistance Program (HYAP) 

• Maximum Term Contract until 30th June 2028
• Identified role – Must identify as being of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander decent.
• Full-time 76 hours per fortnight 
• Location: Role is based in Islington covering the area of Hunter LGA including Lake Macquarie, Mid Coast and Port Stephens. 
• This role is paid under the Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Services Award 2010- Level 5:1

The Opportunity 

This role provides therapeutic case work support to unaccompanied children, young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
