Working Arrangement: Five-day rotating three-shift roster, including weekends and Public Holidays

Our client, an established social service organisation, is seeking a Therapeutic Care Worker to provide trauma-informed care and guidance to adolescent residents within a residential treatment environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support residents’ safety, well‑being, rehabilitation and personal development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide trauma-informed care and daily supervision for adolescent residents.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, educational, social and mental well-being.
• Supervise residents during daily routines, activities and programmes.
