Job summary
As a Band 5 Theatre Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across the perioperative pathway. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Theatre team at the James Paget University Hospital.
This is an exciting time to join the service, with the development of two elective orthopaedic hub theatres and the introduction of robotic surgery. You will be part of a forward-thinking team committed to delivering safe, effective care and continuous improvement.
The role requires adaptability and a willingness to develop skills across a range of clinical specialities.
The department comprises 13 theatres delivering a wide range of services including General Surgery, Colorectal, Breast, Gynaecology, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics, Trauma and Orthopaedics, alongside satellite anaesthetic services.
