A theater usher is responsible for greeting and assisting patrons, checking tickets, directing guests to their seats, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Theater Usher Duties
Greet patrons and check tickets at the entrance of the theater.
Assist patrons in finding their seats and provide information about the show.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the theater lobby and seating area.
Answer questions and handle any concerns or complaints from patrons.
Collect and organize ticket stubs and assist with seating arrangements during intermission.
Provide assistance for patrons with disabilities or special needs.
Direct patrons to restrooms, concessions, and exits as needed.
