Equestrian Trainer

Supports the Head Trainer/Director of Riding in managing, planning, administrating and supervising of the equestrian programs for the school. Teach elements of horsemanship and horseback riding to students. Schools/rides horses in order to exercise them for training purposes.

Scope of Responsibilities

Lesson and Riding Program:

• Manage the lesson schedule and teach daily lessons as per the schedule, plus additional extra lessons for students.
• Responsible to help organize and maintain a schedule for the show horses and their training schedule
• Support the planning and maintaining of a horse show schedule, both on and off campus
• Take students to one-day local shows, as well as multi day “A” shows
• Assist in the coordination of all necessary details for travel and participation for students and horses at shows.
