Textile Designer

This role is responsible for quality control, ensuring brand guidelines are followed, and the company's vision maintained. The Designer works on creative projects in line with the company's goals and strategic direction.

ROLE & Responsibilities 

• Work closely with the Design team to develop design collections and ensure a collaborative approach to design
• Execute original works and ideas, balancing efficiency, and creativity
• Identify key trends and/or new designs and new textile manufacturing techniques to offer the marketplace
• Liaise with sales team to ensure project briefs are complete and accurate and assist with developing presentations as required
• Accurately document designs for clients and manufacture, ensuring colour references and scales are correct • ensure designs are completed within given timeframes and budgets, in line with project briefs quality control
• Review all feedback on quality
