Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain testing environments for network switches, counter systems, IT servers, and related infrastructure.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and validation of IT network equipment, electronic devices, and hardware components.
- Support company IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, servers, and office IT infrastructure.
- Use diagnostic tools and test equipment to identify faults and confirm repair effectiveness.
- Record and evaluate test results, failure codes, and repair actions, and prepare technical reports accurately.
- Guide and support junior technicians on testing methods, troubleshooting, repair procedures, and quality requirements.
- Work with production, warehouse, quality, and customer support teams to resolve technical issues.
