Vacancy Description
We are currently looking for Testing Manager - Finacle core banking implementation for our UAE operations.
Education & Certifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
ISTQB certification or equivalent preferred.
PMP / Agile certifications are an advantage.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Requirements
10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
5 years in a test management role for core banking or large enterprise systems.
Hands-on experience with Finacle core banking implementation or upgrades.
Strong expertise in defect triage and defect lifecycle management.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of core banking modules (CASA Loans Deposits Payments).
Experience with test management tools (JIRA Zephyr etc.).
Understanding of integration testing and data migration validation.
