Test Manager/Lead

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a an experienced Test Lead or manager to support a major GIS program within a large utilities environment. This role will lead end-to-end testing activities for GIS systems and their integrations with other enterprise platforms

Lead the overall GIS testing strategy, planning, and execution across multiple project phases - Overseeing a team of up to 5 testers and work with integration leads across multiple LOB'S
Develop and manage test plans, test cases, test scripts, and traceability matrices
Oversee functional, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Validate data quality, network models, and spatial accuracy
Coordinate testing for integrations between systems such as OMS, ADMS, EAM, CIS, and mobile workforce solutions
Work closely with business SMEs, GIS analysts, developers, and vendors to define test scenarios and expected outcomes
