Key Roles & Responsibilities Experience in functional and non-functional testing. Test strategy and planning, including recommendation of staffing plans and estimation of costs. Remove impediments faced by project team members, utilizing agile methodology tools where applicable. Test management, communication, metrics, and status reporting, including identification of risks and escalation of issues to the project team or ZNA retained IT test lead / project managers. Obtain approval for all deliverables as per the defined acceptance criteria. Prepare test summary reports for each software release targeted for production. Coordinate work with onshore team. Coordinate testing updates with ZNA retained IT Test Leads, Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Test Analyst(s) as needed to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
