Test Manager — B2B AU Telco (Hybrid Delivery)

MicroSourcing International in Taguig is recruiting a Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing initiatives, including UAT and BRT, across multiple programs. The role integrates Waterfall and Agile practices, coordinating with E2E business and technical stakeholders and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in testing/delivery, strong communication, and the ability to manage several complex programs, with Telco experience preferred but not required.
