Test Lead

Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Test Lead to support a multiyear effort focused on modernizing and enhancing payment capabilities across instant payment rails, including RTP, FedNow, and Zelle. This individual will be responsible for leading the full testing lifecycle, including defining strategy, building detailed test plans, and overseeing execution across multiple systems and vendor platforms. The Test Lead will coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing efforts, ensure testing teams are executing effectively, and maintain strict quality standards throughout. This role will also own the end-to-end defect management process, including triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking, while partnering closely with third-party vendors to validate integrations and support certification efforts.
