Test Lead

About the Role:

The Test Quality Management Lead exists to establish, govern, and continuously improve enterprise-wide testing quality standards, ensuring consistent, compliant, and audit-ready delivery across all programs. The role defines QA policies and frameworks, drives test maturity and capability assessments, and provides leadership with clear, data-driven insights through metrics, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to proactively manage risk and quality outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define, maintain, and evolve standardized test processes, templates, policies, and QA standards across programs and teams.
• Own governance models to ensure consistent adoption and alignment with enterprise quality objectives.
