SAIC is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Test Engineer** to join our team and begin an exciting and challenging career.
**This position requires U.S. Citizenship and is contingent upon obtaining a Public Trust clearance.**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as an active member of the software development team participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
+ Develop test cases and test plans to validate system functionality.
+ Develop, maintain and execute automation tests.
+ Perform functional testing and ad-hoc testing.
+ Perform regression testing.
+ Perform 508 testing using JAWS.
+ Provide testing support, as needed, to development team and clients, including support of UAT.
+ Apply and promote good software engineering practices such as test automation, modularization, and simplification.
