Vacancy Description
Develop and debug test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal products on
ATE platforms (Advantest 93k - SmarTest 7/8, Teradyne UFLEX)
. Collaborate with design engineers on first silicon bring-up, device characterization across PVT, and production release. Perform digital vector debug (JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional, MBIST) and characterize Mixed Signal IPs (ADC, DAC, PLL, etc.). Support production ramp-up, yield improvement, and test time optimization through cross-functional teamwork. Requirements: Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. At least 2 years of Test Engineering experience, with hands-on skills in
