Test Bay Operations Lead - Capacity & Automation

Eaton, Vantaa campus, is seeking a Test Bay Manager to shape testing operations in a newly established role. You will establish a structured and efficient management of test bay resources, ensuring priorities are delivered on time across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations.

You will own scheduling, capacity planning, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives, including test bay automation and FAT results.
